During this trial period, you can use the Media Padlock Protector software to protect your documents and media files without any limitations. If you decide to continue using the software after the trial period, you can choose between a monthly or annual subscription.
You can choose between a monthly or an annual subscription based on your preference and usage requirements. The monthly subscription offers greater flexibility, while the annual subscription offers a discounted rate for long-term use.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any point during the 7-day trial period without incurring any charges. Simply navigate to your account settings and select the option to cancel your subscription.
Absolutely! During the trial period, you can use Media Padlock Protector to secure any document or media file you wish, including PDFs, audio, video, and Office files. There are no limitations on the number or type of files you can protect during the trial.
If you choose to cancel your subscription after the trial period, you will be charged for any full or partial month that you have used the service. Please note that once a month has started, it is considered due and cannot be refunded. If you have chosen an annual subscription and decide to cancel, the remaining months will not be refunded after 14 days.
Once your subscription is active, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download and install the Media Padlock Protector software. Follow the steps provided in the email to set up the software on your computer.
Currently, we are focused on the Windows platform only. But we have plans to bring the Media Padlock Viewer application to MacOS, Android, iOS and Linux in the near future. Note that end users with a Mac can run Media Padlock Viewer with a Virtual Windows.
Yes, you can use Media Padlock Protector on up to two computers (desktop and laptop for instance) at the same time. A deactivation feature lets you transfer your license when you need it.
